As an Experienced Town Planner, you will play a pivotal role in this consultancy, leading and contributing to a diverse range of projects. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual who is ready to take on responsibilities and play a key part in the growth and success of our consultancy.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of projects, from initial conception to completion.
Provide expert advice on planning policies, regulations, and best practices.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth strategy of the consultancy.
Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative and supportive working environment.
Stay updated on industry trends, legislation, and emerging planning methodologies.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Town Planner, ideally within a consultancy setting.
A degree in Town Planning or a related field.
Strong knowledge of planning legislation and regulations.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
A proactive and ambitious mindset with a desire to contribute to the growth of the consultancy.
