The company has recently celebrated its 10th year of business, and is now looking to expand the team to address their ongoing healthy workstream across Wales and England.

Join a small team with broad client base, assisting clients from private individuals, through to Housing Associations and contractors, to volume housebuilders and landowners. This is an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant and growing planning consultancy.

Candidates should have a firm understanding of development management and planning policy, and possess good written skills, work well with people, thrive in a team environment, and demonstrate adaptability to working on a variety of projects. In this regard, you will be given opportunities to work on projects of a range of scales in geographically widespread areas, alternating between development management projects and land promotion work.
