Our client, an estabilshed planning and design consultancy is urgently looking for an ambitious Town Planner to join their team in Gloucestershire. The successful Town Planner will have the opportunity to work on a variety of planning applications for residential, rural, renewable energy and commercial developments.

To be considered for this role you will:

Have a relevant MSc (or equivalent) which is accredited by the RTPIHave a minimum of two years town planning experience, ideally within a consultancy environmentBe a Chartered Member of RTPI (or be working towards this)Have residential and/or renewable energy project experienceWithin the role you will:

Preparing a variety of planning applications and appealsUndertaking site development appraisalsLiaising with other internal departmentsSupporting senior staff with the delivery of larger scale planning applicationsDelivering general planning advice to clientsBenefits:
