Due to continued expansion, this established planning consultancy is looking to appoint a Town Planner to work as part of their Chelmsford based team. The successful Town Planner will be responsible for delivering expert planning advice to their clients within the residential, mixed used, rural and commercial sectors.

Qualifications:

In this instance applications are sought from candidates with experience in the preparation and submission of planning applications, preferable within a consultancy environment. It is likely that the successful candidate will be a Chartered Member of the RTPI (or working towards this).

Responsibilities:

Within the role the successful Town Planner will be working to deliver planning applications and appeals, undertaking site appraisals, developing planning strategies and providing advice and guidance to clients throughout all stages of the planning process.
