This role will require an individual with excellent administration and processing skills as well as being passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. This position, located in Sevenoaks, contains many benefits as well as a salary of GBP22,050 per annum.

Taking ownership of all inbound communication and excelling against customer service level expectationsManaging a portfolio of policyholder's total loss claims through to settlementEnsuring that complete and thorough investigations are carried out on all casesPrompting investigations on the ownership of a vehicleMaintaining effective diary management to reduce settlement time Key Skills and Experience of a Total Loss Claims Advisor:
