Timesheet and Sales Ledger Administrator
Location: Leeds, UK
Salary: 21,000 - 23,000 per annum

Employment Type: Permanent, full-time, immediate start.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM / Tuesdays and Thursdays from our office in Wellington Street, 3 days remote.
Duties:
Role encompasses both timesheet processing and sales ledger administration and you will have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of clients and contractorsProcess timesheets received via emailSave timesheets as PDFs and integrate them into our payroll and billing systemHandle timesheets from Vendor Management Systems (VMSs) and address any errorsManage inbox queries related to pay dates and updatesProcess requests and adjustments efficientlyProcess daily self-billing and credit notes for a substantial number of clients and contractorsAdministrative tasks, including correspondence and chasing late payers.Person Specification:
Candidates with experience in accounts administration or relevant field are preferredAAT qualification or working towards it will be a plusIt helps if you're a confident phone handler, as you'll occasionally interact with contractorsStrong attention to detail, proficiency in Excel, and ability to manage multiple spreadsheetsProficient in inbox management and effective with time organization.We welcome candidates with experience in accounts administration, those who are numbers-oriented, and individuals inclined to pursue a career in payroll, however it's important to note we can only consider candidates currently based in Leeds, with Permanent Right to Work in the UK.
