The role

As an Event Ticketing Manager, your responsibilities will include:

– Account Managing an external ticket provider for the venues

– Liaising with various stakeholders and the commercial team

– Being an industry expert and identify and reporting on ticket trends

– Contributing to the budgeting process

– Targeting and forecasting for internal reporting

– Working with the internal Procurement Manager

– Undertaking various research projects

– Looking at new ways to manage how the events are currently sold

– Using industry best practice to oversee the client journey from start to finish

– Understanding of negotiating and managing and inputting into a sales process

The candidate

The idea candidate will have a good understanding and knowledge of the ticketing industry with a robust commercial acumen. You will be a strategic thinker who can plan and deliver accordingly and an analytical thinker who can interpret data and use this to advise on management decisions. This role will suit someone who has knowledge of premium priced exclusive events and hospitality offers as well as an interest in technology and how it can be deployed in a commercial environment.
