We are selling our lovely business which we built up 3 years ago, to start ventures new. Genuine reason for sale. Our coffee shop cafe has a great reputation with huge potential for growth. In Forest Road, E17 just 1 min walk from Blackhorse Tube Station. We have 2 student halls in the vicinity, which means each September there is a steady influx of students (and staff for our shop ????). The business has got very good branding, a solid customer base, good reviews across all platforms. 5am-midnight Sun, Tues-Thursday and

until 2am on Friday & Saturday
