Private rooms perfect for talking therapy or counselling available in a quiet, BS1 street.

You are able to rent your own private room on a minimum six month licence agreement with us. Taking a private space with us allows you to set up the room as you would like, access the room 24/7, keep personal items in the space and personalise. We allow you to sublet to others (of your own arrangement). Prices for your own dedicated space range from £500 - £700 + vat per month.

We are a serviced office centre in just off of Park Street and behind the Bristol Hippodrome. We have 85 offices in total which are shared by an eclectic mix of businesses; therapists, I.T companies, accountants, charities, etc.

We have a lovely glazed reception area with seats for your guests and our team are confident in helping your clients and treating them with respect and discretion, where needed. Kitchens, bathrooms and communal breakout space are all available. Your rent includes internet, utilities, cleaning and maintenance.
