An exciting and unique opportunity has arisen to join our team as the Theatre Manager. Over the past few years, both of our Stoke venues have seen significant growth and improvement and we are looking for an individual that can build further on these successes and contribute significantly to the general operation of the business.
Part of the Senior Management Team, this role reports directly to the Theatre Director. You will work closely with the venue Heads of Department including Marketing, Ticketing, Customer Experience and Technical to deliver the Theatre's Business Plan and associated targets and objectives. The Theatre Manager will be responsible for the Customer Experience Team and achieving our ambitious commercial targets. You will be at your best when exceeding targets while providing a fantastic customer experience. You will also be responsible for the Theatre's risk management, ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the Theatre.
