Ideally you'll have a relevant degree in textiles AND a minimum of 12 months experience in an industry relevant role.Knowledge / experience of garments / clothing is key.You should have had some exposure to sustainability or have a passion for this area. Some experience in sample management and materials testing / trials is advantageous.An analytical mind is helpful when it comes to research and reporting. About The Job

You'll join as the teams' new Assistant Technologist and will work in support of the R&D Expert.Together you'll work to create innovative solutions for a number of technical products, looking specifically at reducing the company's carbon footprint. It will be your responbibility to research and report on new technical, innovative and sustainable trends.You will need clear and concise communication skills so as to maintain relationships with customers, suppliers and various internal stakeholders.You'll organise testing and trials of new / exisiting products and analyse results before accurately reporting on your findings.
