Description

As an Electronics Test Engineer you will play a critical role in ensuring the functionality and quality of our electronic products. You will be responsible for conducting rigorous testing and quality control procedures on SMT and PCB components, contributing to the success of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

SMT and PCB Testing: Perform comprehensive testing and quality control checks on Surface Mount Technology (SMT) components and Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) to verify functionality and identify defects.

Troubleshooting: Analyse test results to identify and troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with the engineering team to resolve technical problems.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that products meet or exceed quality standards, and develop and implement procedures to improve testing processes.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of test results, procedures, and product specifications.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimisation and efficiency improvements in SMT and PCB testing.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design engineers, to provide input on product improvements and testing requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field is preferred.Proven experience in electronics testing, with a strong emphasis on SMT and PCB testing.Proficiency in operating electronic test equipment and instruments.Solid understanding of electronics principles and components.Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Experience with quality assurance and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.Please apply immediately to avoid missing out.
