Job Title: Tenant Reference Advisor

Salary: GBP20,000 - GBP23,000 depending on experience

We are currently recruiting for a Tenant Reference Advisor to join an award winning business which provides tenant referencing, insurance and legal services within the rental property sector.

As a Tenant Reference Advisor, you will play a crucial role in our Tenant Reference Department, liaising with letting agents, landlords, and tenants to manage the internal processes. You will deliver outstanding customer service by obtaining and completing references through phone interactions with tenants' nominated referees. You will also engage with referees to explore potential support opportunities.

The Ideal Candidate:

We are seeking a positive, friendly individual with excellent communication skills and a strong track record of meeting and exceeding KPI targets. As a team player, you'll thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, demonstrating reliability and the ability to manage a busy workload professionally. A minimum of 6 months of customer care experience and proficiency in Microsoft applications are required.
