My client is looking for an experienced Tenancy Services Officer, who has experience managing tenancies within a given patch. By managing ASB cases and reducing rent arrears, the Officer will have strong working knowledge of the ASB Crime & Policing Act 2014 and Housing Act 1996.

What are your responsibilities?

To minimise rent arrears in very challenging times.To deal with nuisance and ASB in a proactive way to achieve long term resolutionTo deal with Tenancy Management issues including sign up, MX, LIO, tenancy transfers, property condition and any other tenancy related matter.Strong Housing Act 1996 and ASB Crime & Policing Act 2014 knowledgeIBS / Capita Housing Management system If you have previous experience in these areas and keen to develop your knowledge further this is a perfect team for you.
