Temporary Bookkeeper – XeroAccountancy PracticeGBP16:00–GBP20:00 per hourAn established Accountancy Practice located in North West London are recruiting a temporary Bookkeeper with experience using Xero to join their team on a fixed term contract for 3 months with a view to being extended. Duties will include; Transactional entries into Xero Process and monitor all purchase invoices and expense claims Reconcile supplier accounts and raise queries Assist with preparation of payment runs – cheque and online payments Bank payments/reconciliations Supplier invoices entry and consolidation Maintain the petty cash and ensure accurate recording of all petty cash expenditure Credit card/debit payments entry Issue / monitor sales invoices and credit control Use of Xero essentialCandidates applying should have previous bookkeeping experience, a strong working knowledge of Xero and hold a relevant accounting qualification such as the AAT.Contact us for further information on this opportunity.
