If so, we are currently seeking two super friendly and organized individual to support a fun and dynamic team with admin and customer services tasks during a super busy period for them. The role will involve dealing with people face to face, over the phone and email so strong communication and organization skills are super important!

Job duties:
Responding to queries via phone and emailSupporting visitors and attendees with queries face to faceOffering a polite and high quality service to customers and visitorsUpdating the database with any changes or informationPerforming data entry tasks, filing and assisting with general admin tasksProviding general support to the team Requirements:
