Our client:

A listed multi-national software company.

The role:

Month-end close and reporting:

• Production of timely and accurate monthly trial balance / management accounts and associated financial reports

• Review with Financial Controller for completeness and accuracy

• Preparation and review of general ledger journal entries including accrued/deferred income, prepayments, accruals, inventory, provisions and allocations

• Preparation and review of intercompany reconciliations

• Timely preparation, review and filing of monthly balance sheet reconciliations. Participate in Quarterly Accounting (balance sheet) Reviews and other business reviews

Finance business partner:

• Support the divisional business leader and key operational team members

• Maintenance of rolling 15 month financial forecast

• Use the ERP system and other financial systems to report monthly performance data and variance analysis

• Provide analysis of key programs, revenue streams and associated costs

Who we're looking for:

Qualified / Part Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA or ACA) Desirable:

US GAAP accounting experienceSoftware industry experience What you will get in return:
