This is a great new opportunity for a proactive and experienced Telesales Manager to take a pivotal role within a dynamic and growing group of businesses within the Rental industry. The role is home based but you will have the opportunity to work at the company's offices in Leicester once a week, on a rotational basis.
To be considered for this position you will need a confident and outgoing personality with a strong understanding of Telesales and impeccable communication skills.
Reporting directly to the Sales Director, the Telesales Manager will play an instrumental role in supporting business growth through prospecting new clients via telesales, LinkedIn, and email campaigns. You will be arranging appointments for the field sales team and through targeted marketing build a strong pipeline of potential new clients, ensuring that the CRM is up to date with all prospect details.
As well as being a core member of the Sales function you will collaborate closely with other area of the businesses, conducting project research and identifying areas for business development and opportunities for company growth.
The successful candidate will have:
Previous experience within a Telesales role (rental industry desirable)
Great communication skills and confident in a client facing role
Exceptional written and spoken communication skills.
Strong knowledge of MS Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Full UK driving licence
This is a home-based role and offers a salary of GBP32,000 plus generous benefits.
