As a Telesales Executive with a consultative approach, you will be a key player in driving revenue growth by understanding customer needs and
providing tailored solutions. This role requires a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to engage prospects through thoughtful and consultative sales techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing our products/services with a consultative and needs-based approach.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and understanding of client requirements.
- Listen actively to client needs, provide relevant information, and offer solutions that align with their goals.
Sales Process:
- Effectively manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
- Identify and qualify leads, understanding their pain points and presenting solutions that add value.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets and expanding the client base.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about our products/services and industry trends to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
- Customize sales pitches based on client needs and provide insights that demonstrate a deep understanding of their business.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance and contribute to sales strategy discussions.
Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate:
- Proven experience in telesales, preferably with a consultative selling approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
- High level of motivation, resilience, and a positive attitude.
