providing tailored solutions. This role requires a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to engage prospects through thoughtful and consultative sales techniques.Key Responsibilities:Client Engagement:– Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing our products/services with a consultative and needs–based approach.– Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and understanding of client requirements.– Listen actively to client needs, provide relevant information, and offer solutions that align with their goals.Sales Process:– Effectively manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.– Identify and qualify leads, understanding their pain points and presenting solutions that add value.– Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets and expanding the client base.Product Knowledge:– Stay informed about our products/services and industry trends to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.– Customize sales pitches based on client needs and provide insights that demonstrate a deep understanding of their business.
– Maintain accurate and up–to–date records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
– Generate regular reports on sales performance and contribute to sales strategy discussions.Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate:– Proven experience in telesales, preferably with a consultative selling approach.– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.– Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.– Results–driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.– Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.– High level of motivation, resilience, and a positive attitude.
