Telesales Executive Cannock, Staffordshire Monday to Friday upto GBP35,000 per annum OTE GBP45,000

Ecotronic is a well-established lighting manufacturer based in Cannock. The company manufacture LED lighting for the industrial + commercial sectors and manufactures and supplies external and office lighting; allowing customers the full lighting package for their projects.

Due to continued success and investment, they seek to recruit an exceptional Telemarketing Sales Executive, to join the company on their journey.

You will be a highly coordinated individual, working with a database of business prospects that are a mixture of existing, new or dormant contacts, to gather information that will identify potential projects.

Once leads are generated you will contact them by telephone and will provide leads and appointments to the Sales Team outward-bound telephoning will be around 75% of the working day.

You will research and input newfound prospects from various sources and grow business opportunities within the existing client base. You will also remain knowledgeable about relevant trends and innovations within the lighting industry.

To thrive in this role, you will be able to work on your own initiative and be tenacious and determined. You will have the ability to communicate and influence at all levels of the business and the drive to lead through results.

Are you the right person for the job?

2 years previous B2B telemarketing or sales experience within industrial + commercial sectors are essential, 5 years preferredExcellent communication skills both written and oral and good clear telephone mannerGood attention to detailComputer literate and experienced in database navigation preferredAbility to write detailed follow-up notes for business reportingTarget driven and have the ability to converse confidently at the decision-maker level What will your role look like?

Maximise sales opportunities post-appointment by phoning prospects from internal reportsDevelop new business opportunities from quotation requests received from customersAnalyse potential and existing marketsIdentify business opportunities to generate and nurture outbound leadsBuild new relationships with new customersManage existing and future partner relationshipsPromote the Ecotronic brand and seek new revenue stream opportunitiesHelp with the fortnightly newsletter and online presence LinkedIn etc What can you expect in return?
