Titchfield, Hampshire (1 to 2 days per week - hybrid) FIRST WEEK WILL BE FULL TIME IN HAMPSHIRE OFFICES FOR TRAINING

Hourly rate: 15.10 per hour

3 months with possible extension - March 2024 end date.

Concept Resourcing are looking for Telephone Operators to join a prestigious government organisation.

This is an initial 3 month contract with a possible extension. The role is INSIDE IR35.

The ideal candidate must have the following experience;

Previous interviewing or call-centre experience.Excellent IT skills, proficient in Word and Excel and be able to learn new software systems quickly.The ability to follow detailed instruction to record data accurately.The ability to work independently.The confidence and professionalism to converse with a wide range of people with diverse backgrounds.The ability to persuade reluctant people to agree to be interviewed.RECOMMENDATIONS: - If you have professional friends/colleagues who would be interested in one of our roles and our excellent levels of service too, we'd like to recognise your recommendations with our referral scheme.
