Our small and friendly clients are recruiting for a Telephone Interviewer to join their team, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a Part time role which is home based while still being part of a fantastic team.

You will be working to collect feedback from customers and businesses on a variety of topics.

THE ROLE

Your responsibilities as a Telephone Interviewer will include:

Speaking to Businesses and Customers get feedback regarding recent service. Asking questions in a clear and precise manner to get clear and accurate results. Recording answers with high attention to detail THE CANDIDATE

The ideal Telephone Interviewer will be able to demonstrate the following key skills and experience:

Great telephone manner Attention to detail Able to work autonomously Good level of computer literacy You will need a quite home environment and stable internet connection THE BENEFITS
