Your Role: Inbound Customer Service

Become the heartbeat of our client's customer service. Whether handling technical queries or explaining products and services, you'll provide solutions that truly impact our customers' lives. Expect a variety of day–to–day tasks, ensuring each day is unique.

What We Need From You:

– Flexibility for shifts between 7:45 am – 9 pm (Monday to Friday) and 7:45 am – 8 pm (Saturday and Sunday).– Collaborative and independent work ethic.– Full commitment to our comprehensive training program.
