One Million Mentors (1MM) has developed an online platform, using latest technologies, to train professionals who are then digitally matched to young people via youth partners (educational institutions, charities and employment programmes).
The tech roadmap for 1MM in 2024 is:-
1MM mentoring platform – maintain and manage close ties with the 1MM mentoring platform partner and ensure accurate and efficient logging and tracking of all platform-related requirements. This includes the management of issues, changes, and future development pathways. The roadmap should be reviewed regularly and adjustments to priorities made through informed decisions.
Platform infrastructure – ensure arrangements are in place to support and implement changes where needed to 1MM’s main website, the 1MM mentoring platform, connected products to support the 1MM mentoring platform, and data and the monitoring, data capture and analysis across all platforms.
Platform security – conduct regular security reviews and take forward actions to ensure the platform remains best in class.
Other 1MM systems – 1MM’s CRM, survey tools, automated emailing, identity checks. All of these and any new items introduced to be reviewed on an ongoing basis to see where improved functionality can help streamline 1MM’s offerings.
1MM tech capacity – scope how 1MM’s capabilities can be built over time.
