R13 Recruitment are working in partnership with a well-established business in their search for a Customer Service Coordinator within their auditing department, which has become available due to continued company growth and success. Working within a small and dedicated team, your core area of focus will be to provide technical administration support and high level of service to client queries.
Based in Norwich, this is a full time, permanent role working 9am 5pm, Monday to Friday. The offered salary for this opportunity is GBP22,000 + bonus.

Providing support and assistance to internal teams on processes. Reviewing audit documentation for formatting, spelling, compliance, evidence and clarity, and requesting amendments to be made. Communicating with clients via web chat, email and phone calls to provide advice, answer queries, and request evidence and information. Logging and filing all correspondence and evidence in line with company policies and procedures. You will have/be
Experience in a busy administration and customer orientated support role, liaising with clients via email and telephone, Fantatsic organisation, customer service, communication and IT skills. High levels of accuracy with the ability to review data, quality check, and identify anomalies. Experience of compliance or process auditing would be desirable but is NOT essential. How to apply:
