Technical SEO Director

Location: Remote (with offices near Chichester on the South Coast)

Salary: GBP70 – 75k basic.

This is your moment to join a growing organisation, who have tripled in size the last 2 years with no signs of slowing down, as they plan to expand into the US market in 2024.

You will step in from day one as the Technical SEO Director, working alongside the Digital Marketing Manager and team, to transform how we do SEO and play a pivotal role in the global expansion.

What you will be doing:

Strategic SEO Leadership: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive technical SEO strategies, aligning them with global business objectives.

Global Expansion: Play a pivotal role in the expansion into the US market, ensuring online presence is optimised for success.

Team Growth and Mentorship: Manage and mentor a team and support and nurture new SEO specialists who join our ever growing organisation. You will be working closely with other technical departments and contributing your expertise to strategic decision–making processes.

What you need to demonstrate:

Excellent hands on technical SEO experience, with a proven track record of success.In–depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and industry best practices.Strong project management and leadership skills.A desire to shake up the system and take ownership, with fresh ideas.Proficiency in SEO tools and analytics platforms.Effective communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining high productivity and accountability.
