Hours of Work: 37.5 hrs per week, Monday to Friday 9 am 5 pm

Salary: GBP23,000 - GBP25,000 depending on experience

Reflex Systems, part of the Reflex Group, is seeking a Technical Sales Administrator for our Boston site.

Role:

This full-time permanent role involves providing customers with costs/quotes, processing orders, handling telephone queries, conducting clerical duties, and raising internal purchase orders.

The position demands the ability to work independently and collaborate with various departments, necessitating strong written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements:

Experience in a print or machinery environment Excellent organisational skills (written and verbal) Proficiency in Microsoft packages Strong attention to detail Effective problem-solving abilities Willingness to develop professionally Logical thinking with the ability to resolve problems Understanding of customer objectives Additional Attributes:
