CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR - TECHNICAL TEAM

8-5pm - Monday-Friday + 1/3 Saturdays 9-4pm

25,000 per annum basic + performance bonus/commission = 30-32,000 per annum

Borough Green, Kent.

This role may be for you.

The role will entail providing consumer technical and customer service issues on the telephone, either giving advice or taking appropriate action as required.

Duties:

Give consumer technical/service advice on the telephone to customersOrganise and arrange Service Engineer call-outs as necessary and ensure all information is recorded on the internal systemsCheck previous history on calls and ensure all paperwork is completePursue Engineer/Service Agents where necessary to ensure the customer is contacted within specified timesFollow-up on problem customers to ensure call-out has been completed and problem solved. Recognise and report extreme/genuine complaint cases and escalate to Supervisor is requiredRespond to customer letters/emails providing appropriate technical/service adviceCheck engineer job reports on the computerWe are looking for a well organised individual who can recognise urgency and prioritise as necessary who has proven Customer Service skills.

Full training on the company's processes and system will be provided and you will be working within a supportive busy team, however it is desirable that you have solid customer service experience within this field or similar.
