Technical Content Author

Delighted to be supporting our client based in Shipley and Cheshire, who provide outsourced technology solutions in people services, with their search for a Technical Content Author.

Reporting to and working closely with the Lead HR Process Analyst you ll be supporting in the authoring of online employee relations content for new/existing clients.

This is an ideal role for someone who has excellent HR/ER knowledge and ACAS best practice and copy writing would be desirable.

The ideal person for this role will be:

Knowledgeable in HR/ER/employment law. An articulate, confident communicator who possess a high level of oral and written English. Has a high level of attention to detail. Ability to manage own time effectively. Excellent planning and organisation skills. Ability to work at pace on multiple projects.

Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

Work with the Lead Content Author in liaising with new/existing clients to create/transform their existing HR policies into online step by step content and documentation. Attend as is and to be process workshops in order to support the wider implementation team. Be a key point of contact with the client during project implementation and manage relationships with key external stakeholders. Help formulate, and then work to, the agreed style guides to produce the content. Work across the technology applications depending on the type of implementation. Work to agreed deadlines as part of the wider implementation process. Keep abreast of changes in employment law and case law to support the production and edit of default content for our channel partners.

Salary GBP30,000 - GBP36,000 per annum DOE

Location Shipley, Cheshire, hybrid

National remote and will require travel to the nearest office.

Monday Saturday flexible hours between 8am-7pm including Bank Holidays
