Role: Technical Compliance and Asset Manager
Location: Hybrid working with an office in Leicester
Package: 50,000- 60,000 DOE, plus company car
Opportunity:
As the Technical Compliance and Asset Manager, you will work for this property and facilities management services company.
You will work with the contract manager, Kelly, on one of their key customer contracts in the hospitality sector.
It's a hybrid role, so you will mostly work from home to manage approx. 400 sites on a UK wide portfolio. Some travel to the office in Leicester is required.
You will be responsible for ensuring statutory compliance across the account and ensuring the estate is compliant and operating at optimum efficiency at all times, whilst maintaining a comprehensive asset database.
What will your role look like?
Ensure Compliance across the estate ensuring contractual obligations are met.Maintain the asset database for all sites.Monitor the day-to-day running of all Compliance PPMs.Be the main technical point of contact for the Account.Conduct H&S Compliance Audits.
What are we looking for?
The successful candidate will come from a FM, hard services environment.
They'll hold an IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent - NEBOSH Qualified is desirable.
Knowledge of SFG20 is also required.
