Collaborating closely with clients, they craft equipment configurations for efficient production, optimal plant layout, and reliability across diverse industrial environments.As a Technical Author you will take responsibility for:

Writing up clear, precise Technical Manuals on Special purpose Machinery/Automation for customers.Standardising of instructions for repeat machines.Work closely with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure accuracy in technical content.Provide support to end-users by creating user guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting documents to address common issues. It is ESSENTIAL for the successful Technical Author to have the following:

Previous experience writing technical documentation within an Engineering / Manufacturing setting.Ideally previously worked as a Technical Author however experience across Projects, Installation, Applications, Design and/or Technical would be considered.Strong written communication skills with grammatical precision with the ability to work collaboratively across Engineering, Technical & Design teams. Other DESIRABLE experience include:

Experience within Special Purpose Equipment or plant machinery would be advantageous but not essential. Benefits:
