Technical Author / Contract / Hybrid / 400pd Outside/ Berkshire

I have an exciting opportunity to join a leading company as a Technical Author. The desirable candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent knowledge and experience with Iaas, SaaS and cloud-based technologies.

Responsibilities:

Meeting colleagues to discuss technology and authoring requirementsProducing technical illustrations to assist with user understanding of functionality and technical specificationsEnsuring all the material is clearly writtenEditing, proofreading, and indexingTesting the written material with users. Skills:

Proven experience with IaaS, SaaS, Cloud Technologies,Problem solving skills, creative and innovative thinkingExcellent relationship management skills to ensure effective working relationshipsAn ability to define, and drive technical infrastructure decisionsExcellent written, oral communication and presentation skillsAbility to facilitate workshops and identify effective solutions
