The successful Technical Author will have a technical background, you will develop communications, information, media and documentation to support our product and service portfolio. You will be exposed to all aspects of the product life cycle and make a real impact by developing and communicating the latest technical information to help shape the product user experience.

The role will see you:

Develop technical content and documentation, such as operating instructions, datasheets, manuals, labels, conformance certificates etc. ,etc. , to a professional standard.Maintain ad keep up to date a library of corporate documentation to support our products and services, including: user guides/manuals, help files, drawings/schematics, design guides, detection performance charts, FAQ, application notes, white papers and other types of support information from an agreed work schedule.Manage content on our Knowledge Base Sharepoint based Intranet portal for employees and distributors.
