Wise Employment are seeking a Technical and Quality Assurance Assistant for a Food Production company based in Honiton that is showing exiciting growth. Competitive salary, free parking, on site canteen and company pension available. Working Monday to Friday 8am to 430pm (with occasional Saturday s).

Would you like the opportunity to be part of a well established and expanding food production company and start work ASAP where you will cover responsibilities including; internal audits, qaulity checks, specificaitons, quality assurance and championing overall technical and quality processes within the company.

Within this role of Technical and Quality Assurance Assistant, you will be responsible for; updating the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensuring that all documents and policies are up to date, assist with remote supplier approval processes, procide assistance with internal and customer specifications and ensure key info from these are collated and stored in folders and kept up to date.

As the Technical and Quality Assurance Assistant you will support with legal artwork for retail packaging, case labels and you will check designs against the specificaitons and legislation to ensure they are aligned and accurate. You will also organise product testing, maintain all technical filing systems and carry out monthly and annual complaint reports if required.

Please note, hair/beard nets and an overall coat are provided as they will be required to be worn whilst on shift.
