Job responsibilities - Product Specialist

This is a diverse and exciting position. The role includes :

Creating tutorial videos using screen recordings and AI voiceoversHelping create and produce more advanced YouTube tutorials and how-toHelping promote the product with our marketing and PR teamsBug testing our platform and mobile appsWriting software documentationWorking on website contentAssisting customers to help get them started on our platformHelping keep our product changelog up to dateProviding basic support to customers who have questions or need adviceHelping shape the future development of the productYou will be busy.

This is a technical product but our customers are almost always not technical people. Explaining things in a clear, concise and friendly way is critical.

You don't need to have completed a technical degree, however, this is a technical product, and you need to be bright and willing enough to learn.

What we're looking for: Product Specialist

Possesses an energetic get-up-and-go attitudeOrganise your day / self-motivated and highly organisedEnjoys working closely in a small teamHas superb attention to detailCan work with minimal supervisionHas excellent written and verbal communication skillsA graduate with a 2.1 or higherHas previous work experience of at least 1 year
