Our client is looking for an experienced coach from Financial Service/Call Centre environment to contribute to the department's growth.

Key responsibilities include:

Developing and delivering workshops.Providing consistent feedback.Generating reports on metrics, trends, and outcomes.Analysing data to pinpoint areas for enhancement.Implementing feedback mechanisms.Coaching on policies and regulatory requirements.Essential qualifications:
