The role of Team Leader is incredibly important for the service, as you will be that vital link between the house and management team.

All candidates should be confident in their ability to conduct 1-2-1s and performance reviews and have some knowledge of how to get the best out of staff. All applicants should be IT literate and have strong verbal and written communication skills.

Given the nature of this service, you should hold a full UK drivers licence and have access to your own vehicle.

The rewards

In addition to the opportunity to work towards your level 5 and positively impact peoples lives, you will receive:

GBP11.90 per hour
