We are recruiting for an Electoral Services Team Leader to join our Democratic Services team here at South Holland District Council.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a small, friendly team in Elections and Electoral Registration. You will provide operational support to the Democratic Services Manager so organisational skills are key! We are looking for an experienced individual who will lead in strategic and operational electoral registration activities and the conduct of elections.

What we need from you:

Fully qualified in an appropriate qualification or significant experience of full range of Electoral Services function. Demonstrable knowledge of Electoral Services processes Previous working experience of dealing with the public and elected members. Excellent communication and a good eye for detail. Ability to work flexibly and in high pressure situations to deadlines.

Qualifications are desirable as in house training will be provided!
