Rotating Shifts - 6am until 2pm / 2pm until 10pm / 10pm until 6am - week by week.

Main Duties

Monitor team members productivity and overall performance efficiency. Ensure that all operations are conducted in a safe manner, and all team members work safely and in compliance with safety rules and regulations. Ensure that the facility is maintained in a clean, safe and orderly fashion, Support the Company strategic goals by ensuring all control measures, procedures of work and HR are adhered to in your area of responsibility.

Ensure delivery of Company KPIs:

5S - maintain a high level visual of shopfloor standardOTIF - Adherence to Schedule. Escalate delivery risk when requiredPE - Monitor and deliver company target of 85%CI - Drive and promote a continuous improvement culture by exampleInterested candidates should effectively communicate, lead others and have strong motivational and organisational skills. should have previous production management experience.
