Ironstone Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for a Team Leader to join a great team based in Milton Keynes. We would like to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join the team within a Children s Residential Home specialising in Learning Disabilities in the Shenley Lodge area of Milton Keynes. This role is full time, working shifts on a 1 day on 2 day off pattern, with a requirement to complete between 6-8 sleep in shifts every month. A highly competitive salary of GBP14.00 per hour, and GBP60 per shift when sleeping in overnight.

You will require a Certified Diploma Level 3 or 4 in Residential Child Care (Children and Young Peoples Workforce) or equivalent.

Experience of working with Young People that may live with a Learning Disability, are Nuero-Diverse or have social and emotional difficulties, or behaviour that challenges.

Full UK Manual Driving License

Ability to work shifts and sleep in the home overnight

Experience in leading shifts and overseeing a team of Support Workers
