JOB TITLE: Property Management Assistant/Administrator
JOB TYPE: Permanent, Full-time

SALARY: 28,000 - 32,000 per annum
HOURS: Monday to Friday, 9.00am-5.30pm - Fully Office-based
LOCATION: Westminster/Pimlico, London
Responsibilities/Duties
Supporting the Property Managers in their day-to-day rolesAssisting in void management and marketing of propertiesArranging commissioning of EPCs and lease plansCollating information required for new lettings and salesManaging keys held at the office in conjunction with the property management teamHandling internal and external enquiries and directing to the relevant Asset Managers or Property ManagersCo-ordinating property inspections, arranging access to propertiesArranging meetings for the team including booking rooms / venues and arranging IT and refreshments for attendees, minuting meetings where requiredArranging bulk mailings and e-mails and preparing and sending pre drafted formal letters as required by the Property ManagersUpdating new tenant, new lease, assignment, tenant vacation and other notifications to property management softwareCoordinate and collate management reports for the Property Management Team using the in-house softwareProviding information to Councils to ensure business rates bills are accurate and that any vacancy changes are notified to the relevant authorityArrange meter readings / account transfers on tenants vacating properties with teamProcessing team expenses and mileage claimsFire warden dutiesFirst aider for the officeOther ad-hoc office support duties, as from time to time, required by the Head of Depts/Asset Managers/Office Manager.
Skills and Experience
Experience within an administrative role essential!Proficient using Microsoft OfficeAn interest in property is desirableWillingness to learn and develop on the job skills and knowledgeClear communication skillsStrong organisational skills
