A fantastic opportunity has become available for a conscientious Team Administrator to join a research and development company within the scientific sector. This will be a busy and varied role end-to-end administrative support to managers and their teams.
Team Administrator Responsibilities
As the Team Administrator your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating the procurement request process and resolving any issues with relevant stakeholders.Managing low value credit card purchases for the department.Acting as the administrator for the company digital learning platform.Acting as the go-to for supporting new starters with their onboarding.Organising and coordinating events, meetings and training sessions.SharePoint management Team Administrator Experience Essentials
The successful candidate will:
Have demonstrable administrative skills - a bonus if this has been in an operational or scientific environment.Be able to prioritise multiple requests and complete them to a timely manner.Be an excellent communicator and have a natural ability to engage effectively with people to achieve positive outcomes.Be computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.Ideally have some experience with SharePoint and SAP, however training can be provided once in post.
