About the role:

We are seeking a Teaching Partner to enable scholars with SEND to make excellent academic progress by supporting them either in class, within a small group setting or on a 1: 1 basis.

To establish professional relationships with scholars, their parents/carers and their teachers to ensure the Academy prepares our scholars for life beyond school both academically and in other ways so they can have happy and successful lives.

Our ideal candidate will have:

Experience of establishing successful learning relationships with a variety of children at the relevant age Experience of working with children with SEN or other additional needs desirable Experience of working with children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health difficulties is desirable Experience and/or understanding of the role of a LSA and in particular, classroom organisation and management.
