We are currently working with a multitude of schools in Preston, Leyland and Chorley. At the moment, we are receiving an extremely high demand for teaching assistants and specifically qualified teaching assistants (level 2 or 3). This is for a variety of roles in differing age ranges (EYFS-Y6) and differing roles (general class TA, 1:1 TA, SEN TA, Intervention group TA). With such a high volume of work we are confident we can find you the role you desire.
Level 2 or 3 TA Requirements
Be able to work alongside class teacher and other support staffProvide constructive feedback regarding pupil progressionAssist in making the work accessible for all learnersProviding a safe, engaging, and enjoyable work environment for all pupilsBe able to work as part of a team and independently if necessaryUse a variety of different resources according to the teachers plansFlexibility to be able to switch roles within the classroom is needed toPassion for working with young people and the want to provide them with the best education experience possibleAbility to build relationships quickly but also set clear boundaries with pupilsFollow and implement the school's behaviour policies These positions are available for all level 2 or 3 qualified teaching assistants. We understand that some TAs will have only recently qualified and won't have an abundance of experience. Please do not be deterred by this, we can provide the experience you require.
