Plan lessons and tailor them based on the needs of the class. Have high expectations of behaviour Assess, monitor, record and report on the learning needs of the pupils Attend staff meetings and parents evenings
What you'll need to succeed
Excellent and up-to-date knowledge and understanding of the National Curriculum programmeAbility to follow and promote the school's policies Have QTS and have 2 years' worth of child-related references Have a genuine interest in learning and are committed to continuous improvement.Believe that every student, regardless of the background or needs, can make outstanding progress.
