This is a development opportunity for someone looking to gain a further understanding of Learning & Development design or move their career in that direction.
We are looking for someone to support the co-ordination of the Talent & Development team and all development programmes. This will involve administrative tasks like scheduling sessions, supplier management, venue bookings, learning management system understanding, organising events, budget management (raising requisitions, purchase orders and receipting) diary management and set up of events.
Successful Candidates will be responsible for:
Administrative Support - assist in organising and scheduling development programmes, maintaining records and handling of logistical aspects of learning initiatives.Communication - facilitate communication with participants, trainers and other stakeholders regarding training sessions, requirements and materials.Budget Management - ensuring that we are tracking al budget activity and that requisitions, purchase orders and receipting is completed in a timely manner.Logistics Co-ordination - ensure the smooth execution of training events by handling venue bookings, equipment set up and other logistical details.Record Keeping - maintain accurate records of training attendance, feedback and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of learning programmes.Technology Utilisation - familiarity with our learning management system (LMS) and other technology tools to support training administration.Support Evaluation - assist in evaluating the success and impact of training programmes and recommend improvements.

This job role is suitable for hybrid working, which is an informal, non-contractual and voluntary arrangement, blending a balance of attendance in the workplace (your permanent duty station) and working from home as a personal choice. If you are successful, any opportunities for hybrid working will be discussed with you prior to you taking up your post.
