Job Introduction
As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator you will be responsible for the pre-boarding process for all new employees and coordination of internal moves for existing employees after a successful interview process. You will act as the main point of contact for new and existing employees, supporting them on their journey from the offer stage to the first day in their new role.
You will also assist with a wide variety of recruitment administration tasks, playing a key role in delivering effective recruitment support to the business.
Main Responsibilities
Ownership of the entire pre-boarding journey for new employees and internal moves, acting as the main point of contact during the process. Preparing Offer Letters and Contracts to issue via DocuSign. Working with new starters to ensure completion of all preboarding requirements, such as personal details and bank details, via the TGW Talent Hub. Ensuring pre-employment checks are completed, including DBS checks, references, and right-to-work checks, and liaising with third-party providers where required. Accurately updating Talent Acquisition and HR systems with new starter details. Arranging HR induction and new employee lunches. Ensuring all new starters' IT Equipment, PPE, etc, are ready for their first day. Attend HR induction to welcome new employees and provide administrative support. Supporting with recruitment administration tasks, including: Uploading approved jobs into the TGW Talent Hub (Applicant Tracking System). Updating the recruitment management tracker. Job description formatting. Internal job postings. Arranging interviews/assessment days. Coordination of Thomas International testing. Management of the Talent Acquisition inbox. Administration of Ltd Company Contractor process Supporting with Talent Acquisition and wider HR team projects and initiatives. About You
Previous experience of providing administrative support within an HR or Recruitment environment. Understanding of UK employment law relating to Right to Work checks, data protection, and the importance of confidentiality. Proficient in the use of MS Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally. Customer focused to ensure a great candidate and hiring manager experience. Organised and efficient with the ability to handle multiple priorities Keen attention to detail and the ability to review and improve processes. Preferably, previous experience of working with HR/Recruitment Systems. Qualified or working towards an HR qualification such as CIPD is desired
