We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our Talent Acquisition team based in Glasgow.
This role partners our clients. You will work as part of the Talent Acquisition team to deliver a professional and effective recruitment service which achieves business resource plans, developing strong internal and external relationships to ensure the TA team is a trusted partner. This role will own volume contact centre hiring in Glasgow and Saltcoats offices.
You will support and lead the hiring process from identifying effective sourcing campaigns, understanding the role to be recruited and identifying the key skills and accountabilities required. Further responsibilities include:
Working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver a quality recruitment service.Driving and executing the hiring process from end to end including but not limited to: Supprting and guiding hiring managers through the hiring process - acting as business partner and SME.Writing cmpelling advertisements which drive candidate responses via job boards and social media.Direct surcing of suitable calibre candidates by using direct searching tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed or similar.Using Bolean search, social media channels and other recruitment networking options.Screening candidates against agreed key criteria and presenting shrtlists to hiring managers.Using an Applicant Tracking System t manage applicants through the recruitment process and enable timely and value add MI and Reporting.Designing and participating in candidate assessments / interviews. Utilise MI to identify areas of weakness within the hiring process and take course-corrective action as appropriate.Attend Operations forums in the capacity of business partner and Talent Acquisition SME to enable the business to make good decisions.Build a positive reputation for self and the TA team.Work with our external TA suppliers to maximise opportunities from the products and services they provide.Guardian of the candidate experience, ensuring the candidate journey is optimised and candidates are engaged throughout that journey.Focus on minimising dropouts pre-start-date.Ensure the principles of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion are embedded throughout our Talent Acquisition processes, enabling the business to benefit from a diverse talent pool. Things we need from you:
We are looking for someone with +5 years' experience of end-to-end recruitment in a busy fast paced environment in particular volume recruitment. You will need to demonstrable experience in recruiting finance sector/volume roles with an in-depth understanding of recruitment market and terminology:
+5 years in volume recruitment ideally in region (Glasgow, Saltcoats).The role is hybrid needing 2 days per week into the Glasgow office.Evidence of quality stakeholder management and communication skills.Proven creative ability in developing and implementing effective candidate sourcing strategies.Skilled in direct candidate sourcing including ability to use search strings (e.g., Boolean).Experienced and comfortable in using an ATS.Delivery and customer focused, capable of managing and prioritising workloads.Experience of managing multiple recruitment campaigns at different stages of their lifecycle.Understanding of wider recruitment related areas including metrics, branding, diversity, talent mobility, social media, and workforce planning.Awareness and understanding of key risks in the recruitment process, including employment legislation, pre-employment screening and regulatory issues.Good commercial knowledge of a financial services / call centre environment.
