Responsibilities;

Execution of a Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) approach to project delivery.Development and management of system requirements, including user workshops.Elaboration of system requirements into a system architecture and design.Derivation of product level requirements fully traced to the system design.Execution of engineering governance activities, such as Critical Design reviews (CDR).Execution of trade studies in support of product down select.Support to Verification and Validation activities, including defect triage.System qualification, acceptance and release at product and system level.

Requirements:

Experience working in one or more System Engineering disciplines: Requirements Management, Architecture Definition, System Design, Qualification, Assurance and Release.Understanding of the end-to-end System Engineering lifecycle (e.g., ISO/IEC/IEEE 15288).Experience of using industry standard engineering toolsets, for example IBM DOORS, SparxEA or PTC Integrity modeller.Experience of working on projects delivering to the UK MoD is desirable, but not essential.Good communication skills, both written and oral, and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships.Ability to work flexibly across a wide variety of projects as part of a diverse team of people.
